Initial Consultation

What is it?

This is your chance to have a chat with me either in person or phone (whichever is most suitable for you) here we discuss your goals, previous exercise history, likes/dislikes and a bit about your day to day life to help me fully understand how I can support you.

On the initial consultation I will also share pricing, depending on how many times a week you’re hoping to train etc and we can book in your initial sessions.

How Long does it last?

Typically only 20-30 mins so it won’t take too much time out of your day. This is a chance for me to get to know you and you to get to know me so we won’t rush!

Does it cost anything?

No, your initial consultation is completely free and you aren’t obliged to book a session after (it’s got to be right for you so if it’s not don’t be afraid to let me know)
